If you cancel your booking 7 days or more prior to your check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge. You will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your scheduled check-in date, a cancellation charge of 25% of your total booking amount will apply.
If your booking is cancelled within 72 hours before your scheduled check-in time, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your check-in time or if you do not show up for your reservation, a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
